Royal Decree 286/2006, of March 10, on the protection of workers’ health and safety against risks related to exposure to noise, establishes in Article 5 the exposure limit values and the exposure values that give rise to action in the workplace.

To ensure that the company complies with current regulations on noise in the workplace, REM Ingeniería carries out:

Measurements of the noise to which workers are exposed, using the appropriate equipment (sound level meters and/or dosimeters) depending on the sampling strategy chosen by the technician performing the measurement.

Once the noise measurements have been taken, REM Ingeniería evaluates the results and, if necessary, proposes corrective measures, establishing maximum exposure times and hearing protection recommendations for the different workstations, depending on the tasks performed throughout the working day.
